Description
      Annually: 1. Prepare budgets on a timely schedule. If there is a problem, please advise the supervisor so it can be discussed with the proper parties. Check assumptions to determine if correct or should be changed. 1. Prepare for the accountant’s annual visit by making sure that all schedules and reconciliations agree to general ledger balances and their questions are answered on a timely basis. 2. When draft audit reports are received, review them to make sure the numbers and notes appear reasonable. Contact the auditors with questions and comments. 3. Attend board meetings when necessary. 1. Performs other related duties as assigned. Other job duties are assigned on a Daily and Monthly basis.
