JOB TITLE: Financial Analyst, Treasury LOCATION: Santiago, DR Working Model: On Site   GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF JOB:   This role provides accounting, reporting, and financial analysis in the Treasury Department.   RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:    Recurring duties related to the Daily Treasury Operations Functions: * Operate as a Treasury liaison for all banking relationships and internal Jostens business units. * Prepare the daily cash position and bank reconciliations. * Generate Daily Cash Journal Entries with Kyriba Software. * Work closely with Corporate Finance and Accounting in relation to Treasury GL entries, month end close, and all audit requests as they relate to Treasury. * Prepare outgoing cash transactions through banking platforms following established procedures, including review and verification of banking instructions for all new vendors. * Assist in management of global treasury operations for foreign subsidiaries including, but not limited to Mexican, Canadian, and Dominican Republic entities. * Manage Bank Fee analysis and reporting Corporate Credit Card Management: * As a program Administrator, liaise with the issuing Bank to order new credit cards and coordinate distribution to internal employees. * Manage monthly reporting on past due balances, suspended cards, and late fees. * Monitor cardholder email inbox for questions, inquiries, and lost or stolen cards. * Help with any Concur related questions as needed. Forecasting: * Assist with preparation of the 13-Week Cash Forecast model; including gathering input and data from across all business Jostens units. Other projects to assist Treasury/Accounts Payable/Tax: * Assist with Merchant Services items including credit card and other payment channels (PayPal, Afterpay) * Prepare annual FBAR filings. * Prepare annual updates to SOX Procedures and controls. * Coordinate updates of authorized signors for bank authorities. * Assist with planning for execution of interest rate locks and revolver draws, etc. JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS:  Note that (i) computer literacy and working-level skill with the basic MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer), (ii) good verbal and written communication skills, (iii) good interpersonal skills, and (iv) the ability to work well both individually and in a team environment are default requirements for all Jostens exempt and salaried nonexempt employees.     Required:   * Fluency in English Required * 4-year degree in Accounting preferred or Finance related field. * 3-5 years of Treasury, Accounting, Banking, or Finance experience required. * Strong accounting skills * Excellent computer skills, with extensive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and ability to learn database concepts.  * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with all levels and functions in the organization. * Ability to plan, organize and implement. * Solid aptitude for numbers, strong organizational and attention to detail skills * Solid analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to participate in difficult prioritization and strategic decisions. * Self-Starter and confident in self-management   Preferred: * Experience with Oracle Financials Other Benefits: * Weekly Payment * 2 way free transportation * Law Benefits * Complementary Medical Insurance * Pharmacy and Optic Center benefits * Internal Cooperative * Bonuses Facilities * Referral Program * Paid Vacations period * Growth Opportunities * Remote   About Jostens: Celebrating 125+ years of business, Jostens has been a part of local communities, working with K-12 schools, colleges and universities, teams, and affiliation groups.
