It blends auditing, process improvement, and strategic data-driven decision-making. Essential Functions are as follows: Research & Analysis: Gathering data to support initiatives. Analyzing data trends and synthesizing information into actionable insights. Creating reports and visual representations (like graphs) to assist leadership in decision-making. Collaboration & Leadership: Leading process improvement projects, using data to identify opportunities for efficiency or performance enhancement. Collaborating with various teams to implement changes and drive outcomes in patient care or business operations. Operational & Systemic Knowledge: Using multiple systems to manage and analyze data. Having a solid understanding of internal policies, practices, and procedures to ensure everything aligns with quality and safety standards. Compliance & Ethical Standards: Ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory guidelines (federal, state, local) and maintaining ethical standards, particularly in healthcare-related activities.
