Job Description YOUR MISSION The Africa Regional Finance team is looking for a 360º, analytical and hands-on Finance Analyst who can provide support in strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will also support the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes and participate in various FP&A projects and initiatives. THE JOURNEY You will: Be part of the Regional Finance Team in Africa and help us make decisions that will shape the future of our business in the region. Support the Finance team on the FP&A and controlling functions (Business Plan, monthly closings, etc) Lead and participate in finance-related projects in order to improve our processes and data reliability Analyze business & financial KPIs to challenge teams to drive financial discipline and improve overall profitability, maximizing outputs through thorough data and financial analysis Work closely with local Finance Teams to support on any day-to-day issues and by providing finance insights Work with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, finance, procurement…) to ensure a profitable and flawless execution, and to develop profitability analysis for new ideas/businesses Qualifications WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE A degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Maths, Statistics, Economics or other quantitative discipline is a must Advanced level in Microsoft Office / G-Suite is a must Able to handle a high volume of transactions/data and discover trends, patterns, and insights that can be shared with the relevant teams Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with strong modeling experience Microsoft Office/Google Suite proficiency Minimum of 5 years of experience in positions related to Corporate Finance, Strategy, and FP&A in a top-tier tech company, consulting firm, or PE/venture capital firm Intermediate to advanced skills in SQL and in general, using programming as a tool to scale and solve problems Proficient in English Analytical and 360 mindset Individuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
