The Financial Analyst’s primary role is to analyze the past and present financial and operational data of the organization and estimate future financial performance. The incumbent of this role is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, explaining, and presenting financial and operational data to key stakeholders.

  • Analyzes financial data and provides support to partners and associates.
  • Organizes data into accessible reports and performs various types of analysis using key metrics to display financial wellness and operational success.
  • Oversees financial functions, such as assessing, auditing, planning, budgeting, forecasting
  • Evaluates and analyzes expenses, proposals, operating records, financial statements and otherwise.
  • Studies financial data to present advice to physicians, associates and corporate partners.

Qualifications
:

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES (KSAS):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
  • Two years minimum experience as a financial analyst or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with financial programs and software.
  • Basic understanding of principles of finance.
  • Excellent communication, business acumen, flexibility, and collaborative skills.
  • Demonstrable history of working with a team and communicating effectively.
  • Ability to relay insights in layman’s terms, such that these can be used to inform business decisions.
