Want to become part of us? #shapeandcreate Your Role: Consolidate, analyze, and report financial data, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Support monthly financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and the annual budgeting process. Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, and perform process analysis. Prepare monthly statements, investigate variances, and track financial performance against forecasts. Reconcile transactions, correct discrepancies, and assist with month- and year-end accounting close. Analyze business unit performance, identify key variance drivers, and monitor financial metrics. Develop rolling forecasts (revenues, expenses, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and conduct business studies. Coordinate with external auditors for year-end closing. Performing other duties as assigned Your profile: Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance. The ability to communicate in English fluently. 3+ years of experience in Finance (Financial Analysis). (Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, including expertise in accounting and a strong focus on Financial Analysis) Exposure to financial analysis, operations analysis, financial reporting, and internal controls is a significant asset. Financial Skills, Forecasting, Financial Diagnosis, Analyzing Information, Financial Planning and Strategy, corporate finance, and information. Big 4 Audit firm experience (PWC, Deloitte, E&Y, KPMG) is an asset Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial applications. Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages Outstanding presentation, reporting and communications skills SAP user is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experienced team player. Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage deadlines. Ability to work well under pressure.
