Requirements VMG Health is seeking a Financial Analyst on our Compensation Valuation team in Dallas, Texas and/or Nashville, TN to assist with performing financial analyses, valuation excel modeling, due diligence, market research and report writing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Apply core financial valuation principles to unique and ever-evolving types of arrangements. Work directly with clients in gathering information and data such as financial statements, contractual agreements, operational reports and any other data or information required to provide a thorough work product. Problem-solve in developing novel methodologies, approaches or considerations in an ever-evolving industry. Participate in authoring or co-authoring articles and/or presentations on compensation arrangements. Work directly with Division leadership in a team-based cohesive environment. Support the maintenance of the Division’s infrastructure including updating and keeping template models & reports current, performing periodic survey database analytics, and contributing to a positive culture. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance and/or economics Strong knowledge of financial theory and/or economics. Financial modeling experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong knowledge of Excel and Word Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Attention to detail and ability to review personal work and peers' work. Superior written and oral communication skills. Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly language and tailor formal and informal communications to the audience. Client-oriented work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to build and manage relationships with key clients to ensure the success of each engagement. Desire to contribute thought leadership to engagements and organizational knowledge Tenacity, intellectual curiosity, and a drive for continuous improvement. Travel: Minimal Office: Hybrid - 4 days in office
Responsibilities
The Financial Analyst will apply financial valuation principles to various arrangements and work directly with clients to gather necessary data. They will also participate in developing methodologies and contribute to the Division's infrastructure.
