About Volga Partners Volga Partners is a global technology and consulting company supporting AI, software development, data operations, and international workforce solutions across multiple industries and regions. As our operations continue to scale globally, we are expanding our Finance team and are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support global accounting operations, invoice validation, reconciliations, reporting, and multi-client financial workflows. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across departments, and supporting international financial operations with accuracy and ownership. What You’ll Be Doing Financial Operations & Reporting Support day-to-day accounting and finance operations across multiple client accounts Prepare reconciliations, financial reports, and supporting schedules Assist with month-end closing activities and financial tracking Maintain accurate records and financial documentation Invoice & Payment Validation Review and validate invoices across multiple global clients and projects Verify billing details, payment terms, approvals, and supporting documentation Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams for resolution Monitor invoice status, payment cycles, and aging reports Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication Partner closely with Payroll, HR, Business Operations, Project Management, and Global Delivery teams regarding financial operations and reporting Prepare to communicate with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional departments regarding invoice status, discrepancies, reporting updates, and operational finance matters Support internal follow-ups and coordination efforts across departments to ensure operational and financial alignment Maintain strong professional communication while working in a fast-paced global environment Reconciliations & Analysis Perform bank and transaction reconciliations Review financial discrepancies and support correction efforts Assist with operational finance analysis and reporting requests Support audit preparation and documentation gathering Global Client Exposure Work alongside teams supporting US and international operations Utilize platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, IRIS, or similar accounting systems Support finance-related operational projects and process improvements Preferred Experience supporting international or global clients UK or US accounting exposure Experience with cloud accounting systems Audit, reconciliation, or operational finance experience What We Offer Competitive compensation package Exposure to international finance operations and global clients Career growth opportunities within a growing global company Hybrid work flexibility Collaborative and fast-paced environment Opportunity to work closely with leadership and operational teams Compensation PKR 150,000 – 200,000/month (Based on experience and overall alignment with the role.)
