This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 850000 - Rs 1250000 (ie INR 8.5-12.5 LPA) Min Experience: 3 years Location: Gurgaon JobType: full-time We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to manage financial reporting, analysis, and compliance across business operations. This role is focused on delivering accurate and timely financial insights, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and supporting strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting processes, enhance data accuracy, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting initiatives. The position requires strong expertise in financial accounting along with hands-on experience in ERP systems and data analysis. Key Responsibilities Prepare and consolidate financial reports across multiple business units, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and other regulatory requirements. Utilize ERP systems to manage financial data, reporting, and reconciliation processes. Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis and account reconciliations. Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation and insights. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting efficiency and data integrity. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in financial reporting. What Makes You a Great Fit 3–5 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting. Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and compliance frameworks. Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial data analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and manage deadlines effectively. Good communication skills to present financial insights clearly to stakeholders. A proactive mindset with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
