  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration or a related field (with CPA license or MBA preferred)
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis, preferably within a non-profit environment Experience working in an international or cross-cultural environment including management of different time zones Advanced proficiency in leveraging analytical and presentation tools, including Microsoft Excel, Power Pivot, PowerPoint, and Power BI, to drive data-driven insights and effectively communicate complex financial information Solid understanding of financial statements and management reporting principles Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in preparing and analysing data and reports. Ability to understand multiple data sources and how they relate to each other.

Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

This position is responsible for the data management and production of key Partnership financial reports and analyses to support senior leaders across the Partnership in making strategic decisions. The role supports the Global Management Reporting Manager by leading the data collection, consolidation and reporting of partnership financial data. By leveraging new technologies and collaborating closely with key stakeholders, including Data Warehouse, and Data Modeling teams, this position ensures the timely, accurate, and insightful delivery of financial information.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collect, consolidate, and review monthly global financial data, ensuring seamless integration into our systems using the most efficient and effective methods. This includes maintaining high standards of data management by ensuring data integrity, consistency, and security throughout the reporting lifecycle.
  • This role collaborates with finance teams across the WV Partnership to gather financial data and works closely with key stakeholders, including Global Treasury, Data Warehouse, and Data Modeling teams, to ensure accurate and timely updates of data into our systems for reporting purposes.
  • Provide timely, accurate reports and insightful analyses that focus on Partnership financial performance and financial health. This involves continuously improving existing reports and designing new or ad-hoc reports and analyses using consolidated financial information of all WV entities. This encompasses the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and analyses required by Global Finance, WVI Senior Leadership and the WVI Board.
  • Participate in initiatives led by Global Finance. Perform ad hoc financial reports and analyses and perform other duties as assigned by the Global Management Reporting Manager or FPRA-SO Director.
