Job Description We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our global finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their finance career who’s excited to grow their expertise in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) and business partnering. You’ll work closely with our FP&A Manager and Senior Finance Business Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams - particularly Product Management and Product Development - to help drive planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making. ✅ What You’ll Do 📈 Deliver data-driven insights to improve understanding of business performance, key drivers, and trends 📊 Support the Financial Performance Management team with routine reporting, variance analysis, and enhanced analytics 🤝 Collaborate with the Senior Finance Business Partner to partner with Product Marketing and Product Development 💡 Assist Product Managers in building strong business cases for new product initiatives 📅 Contribute to the forecasting and budgeting processes 📝 Prepare and review monthly financial commentary, ensuring clarity and relevance 🔍 Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic business decisions 🧮 Maintain and enhance financial models and reporting templates 🔄 Partner with Financial Control and Business Support teams to improve month-end processes 🛠️ Help design tools and processes to enhance FP&A output quality and efficiency Qualifications 👤 Who You Are 🎓 Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline 🚀 Have a strong interest in developing a career in Finance and a willingness to learn and grow 🧑‍💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas, and financial modelling) 🔍 Able to interpret and connect data across multiple systems and sources 📊 Skilled at working with large data sets and turning data into actionable insights 🎯 Meticulous with strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy ⏱️ Comfortable working under pressure and managing tight deadlines 📈 Previous experience in FP&A, business analysis, or a similar role is a plus Additional Information A great working culture and competitive benefits program awaits the right candidate!
