WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Keep our office organized, stocked, and ready for the day with fresh supplies, a well-set meeting room, and a warm welcome for visitors.
  • Manage financial data entry, expense tracking, and credit card reconciliations with precision.
  • Support the Finance Manager and Treasury Manager with scheduling, travel bookings, and meeting coordination.
  • Arrange travel and logistics for executives, guests, and staff.
  • Coordinate catering, supplies, and logistics for meetings and events.
  • Handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
  • Step in to tackle varied tasks, big or small, when needed.
