Description

ERP System Management Maintain, configure, and support financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, etc.) within the ERP system. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Identify and resolve ERP-related financial issues promptly. Process Improvement Analyze existing financial workflows and recommend system enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency. Automate manual financial processes where feasible. System Implementation & Upgrades Participate in new ERP implementations, version upgrades, and module rollouts. User Support & Training Provide technical and functional support to finance and accounting teams. Conduct end-user training sessions and prepare system documentation and manuals. Reporting & Analysis Develop financial reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support management decisions. Collaborate with the BI and IT teams to integrate ERP financial data with analytics platforms. Coordination & Compliance Coordinate with Finance, IT, and Audit teams to ensure system controls meet compliance and security requirements. Support internal and external audit processes by providing system-related financial data. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in ERP financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. Experience in ERP implementation or enhancement projects.

Responsibilities

The specialist will manage, configure, and support financial modules within the ERP system while ensuring data integrity and compliance. They will also lead process improvements, system upgrades, and provide training and reporting support to finance teams.
