Job Description

WHAT’S THE JOB?

Dexterra Group is seeking a highly skilled Application Systems Analyst with solid OneStream experience to join our Financial Systems team at our Canadian HQ in Mississauga.

Responsibilities

The Application Systems Analyst supports and maintains Dexterra Group’s financial systems, with a primary focus on OneStream. This position is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and user support of OneStream, as well as other critical finance systems such as NetSuite, MS Dynamics SL and GP 2015, and a modern Azure data warehouse integrated with Power BI.

  • Working closely with Corporate Finance and Business Operations, the Analyst ensures system stability, user access, and effective model development to support accurate and timely financial reporting across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. The role also contributes to the harmonization of disparate ERP systems, helping transition business units not yet on NetSuite to a unified platform.
  • In addition to technical responsibilities, the Analyst supports the Director, Financial Systems in a variety of project-related tasks including investigations, documentation, testing, training, and problem-solving. This includes defining and documenting business processes, gathering stakeholder requirements, and ensuring software is tested and deployed according to best practices.
  • The Analyst is also accountable for maintaining internal controls documentation for ITGC reviews, streamlining month-end processes, supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles, and helping develop corporate financial reporting packages. A strong focus on continuous improvement, service level expectations, and effective work intake management is essential to the role.
