We are seeking a Financial Business Analyst to join our team in Athens (Metamorphosi). In this role, you will support managementlevel decisionmaking by providing accurate and timely information. As part of the FP&A Department, you will support the analysis of all financial data (actuals, forecasts and budget), product costing, commercial portfolio analysis and operations businesscase scenarios. Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses for management presentations Support the budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units Analyze financial and operational KPIs to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities Assist in pricing analysis, cost control initiatives Evaluate profitability and investment opportunities Participate in business cases, investment evaluations, and ad hoc financial analyses Provide timely and accurate insights on product costing, pricing, revenue, and profitability to support managementlevel decisions. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field 1-3 years of experience in Financial Analysis or Business Analysis Strong Excel skills (financial modeling exposure will be considered as a plus) Understanding of financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement analysis Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting Ability to interpret large datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights Postgraduate studies (MSc/MBA) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline will be considered a strong asset Excellent command of English language Additional Requirements: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Synthesis, Analytical and numerical abilities Attention to detail Familiar with digitalization and systems flows What's In It For You You will have the opportunity to develop hands-on experience in financial planning & analysis, business partnering, and commercial decision support within a fast-paced international environment.
