The analyst will work cross-functionally with finance, governance, compliance, and programme teams to ensure accurate reporting, strategic alignment, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Business Analysis Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop business proposals and cost models aligned with organisational strategy. Support the development of business plans for initiatives spanning 2025–2030, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and regulatory requirements. Analyse customer strategy documentation and integrate insights into planning processes. Financial & Regulatory Reporting Prepare and validate financial and regulatory submissions in accordance with applicable standards (e.g., GAAP). Perform quality assurance on financial data, identifying and investigating variances. Support the Governance and Finance Analyst in building financial models for both strategic initiatives and ongoing operations. Maintain effective internal controls to ensure accuracy in financial and regulatory reporting. Quality Assurance & Process Improvement Drive quality management processes and streamline ways of working across teams. Identify and implement new reporting requirements and process improvements (e.g., PR6). Document and improve business planning and dependency processes. Research and recommend best-in-class industry practices to support digitisation and simplification. Qualifications Proven experience in financial and business analysis, including regulatory reporting. Strong documentation skills with experience producing high-quality business requirements and financial models. Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional collaboration. Familiarity with financial systems, regulatory frameworks, and internal controls. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Project). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Understanding of technology and IT systems is a plus. Additional Information Why Version 1?
