SUMMARY

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team at Crossroads Health and Cosmetic Center. This role is pivotal in overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, and driving strategic financial planning to support our mission of delivering outstanding healthcare services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare finance, billing practices, and reimbursement processes.
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite including excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Previous P&L management.
  • Proven experience as an Integrator working with a Visionary.
  • Medical business management experience.
  • Industry experience desired.
  • Experience building high-performance teams, growing organizational culture, and executing business plans.

Responsibilities
  1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
  • Develop and manage the clinic’s annual budget and financial forecasts.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
  1. Accounting and Reporting:
  • Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts.
  1. Cash Flow Management:
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure the clinic has adequate resources to meet operational needs.
  • Implement strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.
  1. Financial Strategy Development:

- - Collaborate with leadership to develop financial strategies that align with the clinic’s goals and objectives.
- - Evaluate potential investments, funding opportunities, and partnerships to enhance financial growth.

  1. Team Leadersip
  • Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Provide training and support to staff regarding financial processes and best practices.
  1. Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, financial policies, and internal controls.
  • Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies. Collaboratively develop and execute a business plan to achieve the vision.
  1. Claims & Billing
  • Oversee all area to ensure timely filling and payments received and posted.
  1. Fanatical about organizational clarity, communication, and consistency while removing obstacles and barriers to success.
  2. Drive P&L Results – staying on forecast and driving profitability

  3. Actively participate in quarterly EOS planning sessions.
