QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in client service, operations, or admin, preferably within financial services or wealth management.
  • Knowledge of investment accounts and custodians (e.g., Fidelity, Schwab) and related documentation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication (grammar, punctuation, proofreading).
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRMs (e.g., BlackDiamond, eMoney, Salesforce).
  • Social media or marketing experience, with an understanding of content strategy.
  • High integrity, discretion, and a client-first mindset.
