Pineloch Suite 23 🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 🔍 Position Overview As a Financial Consultant, you will be responsible for the creation, execution, and refinement of financial analyses, accounting processes, reporting, reimbursement strategies, and fundraising activities. Support cost accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory filings. Data & Reporting Deliver accurate and timely data for strategic decisions and compliance. Ensure internal and external financial reports are precise and reliable. Project Management Provide resources and expertise to complete finance-related projects effectively and on time. Attendance & Compliance Maintain regular, punctual attendance in line with Orlando Health policies and legal standards (ADA, FMLA, etc.). Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures. Qualifications Education & Training Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or a Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field may substitute for up to two (2) years of required experience Experience Minimum of four (4) years of experience in: Financial analysis and planning Accounting and reimbursement Public or philanthropic accounting/finance Consulting Strong proficiency in spreadsheet and database programs (e.g., Excel, financial systems) Licensure/Certification CPA preferred Advanced degree may substitute for partial experience
