Performance & Traction is a part of Business Management & Transformation department, who supports the COO organization of Personal and Business Customers, an area of approximately 2.500 employees with responsibility for IT development and operational services.

You will join the area focusing on our financial control, transparency, and analysis. Our focus areas are:

  • Determine and track SG&A and Technology investments within T&S P&BC – challenge assumptions and collaborate with stakeholders to align on clear and ambitious goals
  • Support the development and ongoing management of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, translating financial data into compelling narratives to drive understanding of trends and variances
  • Provide financial analysis, insights and recommendations to support decision-making across T&S P&BC’s value chains
  • Optimize financial data foundations (e.g. cost allocation) and processes related to financial activities in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders across the organization
