A leading Multinational Software & Infrastructure company looking for a talented and results-driven Financial Controller for a 6-month assignment to support our client's financial operations. This role requires someone who can step in and manage financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning on a temporary basis. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure financial accuracy and integrity, helping the company maintain its financial health during this transitional period. Key Responsibilities: Lead the financial reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements and compliance with regulations Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures to minimize risk Prepare monthly forecasts and analyze variances to budget Coordinate with external auditors and oversee audit processes Prepare and present financial analysis to senior management for decision-making Assist in budgeting and developing financial strategies Collaborate with various departments to ensure the financial goals align with operational strategies Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial reporting Provide support to the finance team and ensure smooth financial operations during the assignment Highlight opportunities for process improvement and cost savings Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial controlling or accounting roles Demonstrated knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment Experience with financial management software and Microsoft Excel Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead a team and drive results in a short time frame Prior experience in a temporary or contract role is a plus Attractive Package
