ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
ROLE OVERVIEW
As Financial Controller, you will oversee the finance department and ensure accurate financial management of the company’s domiciliary care operations. You will be responsible for preparing financial reports, managing budgets, overseeing payroll and billing systems, and ensuring compliance with HMRC, CQC-related financial obligations, and local authority contract requirements. You will also provide strategic financial guidance to the leadership team to support decision-making and growth.
