This is an exciting new position within Ennismore’s growing portfolio of lifestyle brands, representing the first Morgans Originals hotel in Egypt. Job Description Oversee the daily operations of the Finance Department. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Monitor hotel revenues, expenses, payroll, and overall profitability. Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections. Ensure proper financial controls and compliance with company policies and local regulations. Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, income audit, payroll, and purchasing controls. Maintain the integrity of accounting records and financial systems. Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely completion. Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to the General Manager and leadership team. Monitor cost control initiatives across all departments. Review contracts, supplier agreements, and procurement processes from a financial perspective. Ensure all tax filings and statutory requirements are completed accurately and on time. Support pre-opening and operational finance activities when required. Work closely with department heads to improve financial awareness and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with Morgans Originals brand standards and reporting requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are an advantage. Minimum 5–7 years of finance experience within the hospitality industry. Previous luxury or lifestyle hotel experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of hotel accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent leadership, analytical, and organizational skills. Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage. Additional Information What awaits you...
