As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of our luxury hotel, ensuring compliance, profitability, and financial integrity. Develop and implement strategic financial plans, annual budgets, and long-term forecasts Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability Oversee all accounting functions including AP, AR, GL, credit, audit, and reporting Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, local regulations, and international accounting standards Develop and implement robust financial control systems and procedures Act as the primary liaison with hotel ownership, auditors, banks, legal advisors, and tax authorities Monitor and manage hotel cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounting team Collaborate with all departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis Evaluate and monitor capital investments (CAPEX) and ensure expected ROI is achieved Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements across departments Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; professional accounting or finance designation preferred 5-10 years of experience in hotel accounting or audit, with at least two years in a Financial Controller or similar supervisory role Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytical and numerical skills, including a solid understanding of financial valuation methodology In-depth knowledge of hotel accounting management duties and luxury hospitality financial operations Familiarity with Saudi Arabian financial regulations and reporting standards Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Strong leadership and team management skills Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills would be advantageous Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and the ability to work under pressure Willingness to relocate to AlUla, Saudi Arabia preferably with previous experience with Accor & resort experience Additional Information experience is an asset Prior experience working with Opera or a related system Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
