JOB OVERVIEW

The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial and treasury operations across the Real Estate, Vacation Homes, Travel and Lifestyle, and Contracting departments. This role involves managing financial processes, treasury activities, and ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, as well as adhering to governmental licensing and PRO requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial management within the real estate industry, coupled with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.

  • A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and best practices within the UAE real estate market.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.

EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and performance metrics evaluation.
  • Proven experience in managing finance teams and leading strategic initiatives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in budgeting processes and financial forecasting.
  • High proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems related to the real estate industry.

    Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Required)

Experience:

  • Financial Management: 8 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) License (Preferred)
