About the position:The Financial Controller will oversee all financial operations, ensure compliance, manage financial reporting, and provide strategic insights to support business objectives.

• Responsibilities:Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Manage the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operations.
• Evaluate and manage financial risks.
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior management

• Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proven experience as a Finance Controller / Senior Accountant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems,Excel).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
