About the Assignment A global organization in a dynamic, fast-growing environment is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to support R&D, Design, Manufacturing and Purchasing-related operations. In this role, you will act as a finance business partner to operational stakeholders, ensuring high-quality financial reporting, analysis and forecasting, with a strong focus on financial governance and performance follow-up. Job Description Deliver monthly financial reporting and analysis, including Spend, P&L, CAPEX, COGS Perform variance analysis versus targets, year-over-year and quarter-over-quarter Drive forecasting and budgeting for assigned departments Manage accrual and capitalization processes, including hourly rate calculations Support month-end closing and coordinate deliverables to Group Accounting Support audits and contribute to SOX compliance Provide ad-hoc financial analyses to support business decisions Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in financial controlling Strong knowledge of IFRS Advanced Excel skills Experience working with SAP and financial analytics tools Strong analytical and communication skills Nice to have Experience from industrial or manufacturing environments Application Selections are made on an ongoing basis, so we recommend that you apply as soon as possible.
