About the role Nurture collaborative relationships with IT functions to provide insights on Australian operations and understand changes impacting areas of responsibility Foster partnerships with business units to provide financial support for budget management and monitoring Guide and facilitate the branch annual planning process while supporting business partners in budget formulation Create insightful variance analysis across the Profit & Loss on a monthly basis and develop financial reports using designated tools Support team initiatives by contributing to Allianz Group projects, including Gearshift and IT Economics, while ensuring accounting standards adherence. About you Highly collaborative communication style, focusing on working effectively with diverse team members and fostering commitment through participation Strong emphasis on problem-solving abilities paired with curiosity and creative thinking Experience in financial management reporting with analytical skills to interpret complex data and extract meaningful insights Ability to adapt to change through organisational transformation, leveraging effective processes and communication Technical proficiency in financial systems (SAP, Excel, PowerBI) combined with the ability to create reports and dashboards for decision-making A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
