Required Skills: * Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills with advanced level of Excel knowledge * Incurred Cost Submission * Payroll, Billing, and Budgeting experience * ADP Payroll experience * JAMIS experience * Government Contracting experience Responsibilities: * General ledger * Bank reconciliation * Accounts Payable (AP) * Accounts Receivable (AR) * Time & Expense * Payroll Submission and reconciliation * Month-end/Year-end close processing * Balance Sheet reconciliations * Monthly accruals * Monthly financial statement reporting and analysis * FP&A forecasting and budgeting * Quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and annual corporate financial controls audit * Assess current practices and procedures and make recommendations for improvements * Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end. Responsibilities

The Financial Controller will manage the general ledger, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. They will also oversee payroll submission, month-end/year-end close processing, and financial statement reporting and analysis.
