We’re here to build better long-term care. Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times. Our Growth Story: 130% YoY revenue growth and 90% reduction in cash burn, with $100M+ raised from investors including BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree. Scaled to over 100,000 monthly active patients across our weight-management program. Grew the UK patient base from 4,000 to ~40,000 and received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS. Tailored our offering to over 5,000 patients in Germany and Japan About the role (What you’ll be doing) We’re seeking a dynamic and hands-on Financial Controller to lead and scale our global finance operations. This is a critical leadership role with responsibility for overseeing Tax, Payroll, Financial Reporting, and Transaction Services across our international footprint. Managing a team of 4 direct reports in Sydney and 15 indirect reports in Manila, you’ll play a key role in ensuring financial integrity, driving process improvement, and supporting commercial decision-making as we continue our rapid global expansion. As Financial Controller, you will: Lead a Global Finance Function: Manage and mentor high-performing teams across Sydney and Manila, ensuring smooth delivery of global finance operations aligned with compliance requirements in Australia, the UK, Germany, and Japan. Financial Governance & Compliance: Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with international and local standards. Ensure tax and payroll compliance across all jurisdictions. Scalable Systems & Controls: Drive continuous improvement through automation, systems enhancements, and scalable processes that support our global growth. Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business leaders across markets and functions (e.g., People, Legal, Commercial) to align finance operations with company strategy and market-specific needs. Strategic Finance Support: Provide analytical insights and robust financial controls to support business planning, investment decisions, and international expansion strategies. Risk & Internal Controls: Maintain and enhance internal control frameworks and ensure audit readiness across all geographies. About you (Who you are) CPA or CA qualification with 8+ years’ post-qualification experience, ideally in a multinational or high-growth tech-enabled environment. Demonstrated experience leading cross-border finance teams. In-depth knowledge of global accounting standards, tax regimes, and payroll compliance, particularly across Australia, the UK, Germany, and Japan. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day operational execution. Passion for team development, cultural leadership, and building collaborative, cross-border finance functions. Proficiency in ERP systems such as NetSuite, with a strong understanding of automation and process improvement. Why join Eucalyptus?
