We’re looking for a highly skilled Financial Controller to lead the Finance team at CCHQ. This senior role is pivotal in ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and strategic support across the organisation.

• Lead and develop a small but high-performing finance team.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements including FRS102, PPERA (2000), VAT, PAYE, and Corporation Tax.
• Oversee robust financial systems for income, payments, and reporting.
• Support the Head of Commercial Projects with commercial negotiations and manage ongoing contractual commitments.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
• Produce timely management accounts and departmental financial performance reports.
• Act as the main contact for external auditors and manage audit processes.
