JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Controller to lead our financial governance, compliance, and reporting functions. As a key member of the leadership team, you will ensure adherence to SGX Catalist listing rules , support strategic financial planning, and maintain strong internal controls. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in regulatory compliance, corporate reporting, and financial oversight within a public company environment. You will play a pivotal role in enabling sustainable growth and providing critical financial insights to senior management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Professional accounting qualification: CA, CPA, ACCA , or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of senior financial leadership experience, preferably within an SGX-listed or publicly listed company.
• Deep understanding of SGX Catalist compliance , financial reporting standards, and governance practices.
• Proven experience working with auditors, regulators , and financial institutions.
• Proficient in ERP and financial tools such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion , or Power BI .
• Exposure to treasury management, M&A , and corporate restructuring is a strong advantage.Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
