• Master’s degree in finance & accounting, business administration, economics, statistics or similar
• 5-8 years professional experience in a global organization, ideally from retail, fashion or FMCG industry
• Professional designation is a plus (CPA, CINA, CMA or equivalent)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate results to audience
• Passion for and patience with large data sets, with strong understanding of data across multiple sources and the ability to combine numbers with strategy and financial insight
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Agile and able to build out new processes to better support our strategic goals
• Fluent in English and German, Polish is a plu
