Responsibilities
Controlling & Cost Center Management: Design, implement and refine our internal controlling framework, including cost center structures, reporting logics, and financial transparency for functional heads
Performance Analysis: Analyze budget vs. actuals across regional entities & functions
Reporting: Contribute to monthly closing processes & support with the monthly Management Reporting
Business Partnering: Serve as a trusted sparring partner for business leaders. Help teams understand their numbers & allocated budgets
Special Projects: Support ad-hoc financial analysis, Post Merger Integration work streams and group- wide initiatives scaling our finance function
