• Coordinate audits, financial statements and relevant tax and regulatory requirements.

• Cash, Working Capital & Cost Management:Drive working-capital optimization, cash generation and cost discipline.
• Oversee receivables, collections and cash-flow forecasting.
• Partner with treasury and finance stakeholders on funding and liquidity requirements.
• Commercial & Investment Advisory
• Evaluate capital expenditure, investments, business cases and strategic opportunities.
• Provide financial modelling, scenario analysis and commercial insight.
• Support evaluation of new ventures, partnerships, acquisitions and expansion opportunities.

• Finance Transformation & Digitalization:Lead finance transformation across ERP, automation, analytics and digital processes.
• Improve P2P, O2C and R2R processes, efficiency and controls.
• Drive greater use of data and analytics for forecasting, profitability, working capital and decision support.
• Act as finance business owner for systems improvements and technology-enabled change.

• Leadership & Team Development:Lead, develop and mentor the finance team.
• Establish clear performance standards and financial KPIs.
• Build a strong Finance Business Partnership culture across Finance, Operations and Commercial functions.

• What We're Looking For:10+ years of relevant finance experience, including 7+ years post-qualification.
• 5+ years within Oil & Gas, Energy Services or related industrial services.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA or CIMA — essential.
• Strong experience in FP&A, financial reporting, financial control, commercial finance and Finance Business Partnership.
• Experience managing finance across multiple entities / business units.
• Proven experience in ERP, finance transformation, automation or digitalization — essential.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, working capital, cash flow and financial governance.
• Experience partnering with senior operational and commercial leadership.
• UAE / Middle East experience preferred.
• MBA and Arabic language capability would be advantageous.
