CWS Workwear is looking for a Financial Controller with a strong grasp of IFRS and Slovenian local GAAP to support our growing finance team in these two dynamic markets. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted business partner, ensuring compliance, driving accurate reporting, and contributing to process improvements that support sustainable growth. What You’ll Do - Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with IFRS and Slovenian GAAP - Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis - Assist in the development of internal controls and financial procedures - Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making - Support the sales team with financial data, reporting, and analysis - Collaborate with internal and external auditors What We’re Looking For - Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial controller or similar role - Strong knowledge of IFRS and Slovenian local GAAP - Proficiency in English (C1 or higher) is essential - Knowledge of Croatian is a strong advantage - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Nice to Have - Experience in an international or multi-entity environment - Familiarity with ERP systems - Knowledge of SAP environment and MS Dynamics Why Join Us? - Be part of a collaborative and supportive team - Work in a company that values innovation and continuous improvement - Opportunities for professional growth and development At CWS, we believe in a tomorrow that is healthier and safer than today.
