Description
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead our accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will manage month-end close, oversee cash management and general ledger integrity, and support budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Job Responsibilities: Oversee and direct accounting operations including accounts payable, bank reconciliations, general ledger, and cash management. Manage month-end close process and preparation of financial reporting to parent company Monitor budget performance versus actual results; identify trends and recommend corrective actions. Prepare and upload monthly intercompany reporting Oversee general ledger integrity and account reconciliations Prepare monthly cash forecast in partnership with project controller Partner with department heads in creating yearly budgets and bi-annual forecasts Manage capital tracking, fixed assets, leasing and depreciation schedules. Lead the annual external audit process Coordinate all tax matters with external accounting firm Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years progressive accounting/finance experience, including 2 years managing direct reports Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. ERP system implementation experience (desirable) Strong Excel skills Demonstrated leadership, team-building, and mentoring abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute within deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills. \n \n
