Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and providing strategic insights to drive business growth. Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Develop and maintain robust internal control systems to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing variance analysis and recommendations Oversee cash flow management and optimize working capital Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor financial health and operational efficiency Qualifications Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial controlling, preferably in a multinational environment Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills Excellent financial modeling and analysis capabilities Demonstrated experience in implementing and improving financial processes and controls Strong leadership and team management skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively with all levels of management Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and analytical skills Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices
