Job Description Main Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business decision-making. Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Cost Control & Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective cost control measures to enhance profitability. Risk Management: Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the company's financial security. Business Partnering: Act as a strategic financial partner to operational, financial, and commercial departments, providing insights and support to drive performance and informed decision-making. Qualifications Core Competencies: Experience: Between 1 - 3 years of experience in controlling or a similar area; Accounting Principles: In-depth understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards. Financial Reporting: Expertise in preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports. Budgeting & Forecasting: Proficiency in developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Industry-Specific Knowledge: Familiarity with the food retail industry, including market trends and financial challenges. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey financial information to stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address financial issues and implement effective solutions. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems, Excel, and financial modeling software.
