ABOUT THE ROLE

We are on a mission to scale from a small business to a midsize business; over the next 5 years, we are targeting to triple in size. The role reports directly to the managing director, is supported by our external financial accountants and will be part of the management team. The Role will encompass all aspects of accounting and financial challenges that a small business encounters along the way. The key focus is optimising processes, leveraging technology, transforming the function from manual activities to end-to-end automation, and enabling the company to scale and increase the operating maturity level of the financial capabilities to support our mission.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurate processing of Purchases, Sales, Billing, Expenses & Banking
Debtors, Creditors, Credit Card & Bank Reconciliation
Recurring Revenue Cost Management
Stock. Licensing & Subscriptions Tracking
Staff Time to Customer Contract Reconciliation
Journals, Accruals, Prepayments
Direct Debits & Electronic Payments Platform Management
Draft Management Accounts Monthly, Quarterly & Annually.
Draft Reports including P&L,BS, CSF,AR, AP
Consolidated Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland Entities
Carryout Cost Accounting analysis to help drive margin
Develop robust and scalable Processes & Procedures
Ensuring financial controls are effective and appropriately applied
Work with External Accountant on Payroll/VAT/Companies Office
Utilise QuickBooks Online, Fathom, SharePoint, Autotask
Adoption of Industry Frameworks SLI/SLIQ
