ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Financial Controller you will support the Finance Director and play a critical role in guiding the financial health and growth of the business. You’ll be responsible for managing all financial operations, providing strategic financial insights, and supporting decision-making across the business. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all accounting operations, , including budgeting, forecasting, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Monitor cash flow, banking, and financing requirements
• Develop financial models and provide analysis to support strategic decisions
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and tax obligations
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and financial institutions
• Oversee and improve internal financial controls and systems
• Support senior management with business planning and risk management
