• Manage and develop a team of finance professionals
• Lead the preparation and review of monthly management accounts for multiple subsidiaries
• Deliver insightful variance analysis and commentary to operational teams
• Own the budgeting and reforecasting processes across key regions
• Oversee statutory account preparation in liaison with external accountants
• Coordinate Group and international audit requests (including PWC)
• Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations in each territory
• Drive improvements in financial systems and processes
• Support senior finance leadership with board reporting and strategic analysis
• Evaluate new business opportunities through commercial appraisal
• Help manage cashflow reporting and authorise overseas payments
