We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven Financial Controller to lead the finance function for our hospitality and serviced apartments business. This role blends strategic leadership with day-to-day financial control, covering everything from revenue management to cash flow, budgets, and banking.
You will work closely with the CEO to drive profitability, scale operations, and ensure our finance systems and processes keep pace with growth. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned hospitality finance leader – but we are also open to young, high-energy professionals with exceptional attitude and the willingness to handle multiple roles under pressure.

• Manage full finance cycle: bookkeeping, MIS, budgets, forecasts, and audits.
• Drive revenue optimization and cost control across all business units.
• Oversee cash flow, banking, and treasury functions.
• Leverage hospitality systems (PMS, ERP, POS) to improve efficiency.
• Support the CEO with strategic financial planning and decision-making.
• Lead and mentor the finance team while collaborating with all departments.
