Your new job As a financial controller in IMC, you are responsible for taking an end-to-end perspective over the company’s monthly/yearly reporting and improving processes for forecast, budget, and follow-up. You will work closely with many stakeholders in a rapidly changing environment. You turn challenges into opportunities, and your leadership skills will be used every day. The job will give great opportunities to grow in responsibilities over the coming years. As we are working on project/assignment based, you will also lead the financials in a project operations dimension. You will work together with great colleagues in the finance team and report to the finance manager. You’ll play an important part in project operations. In the coming years, we’ll implement a new system for Project and Portfolio planning. Your primary focus will be establishing ways of working and structure of a moderna project, financial reporting, and portfolio set up. Key Responsibilities: You will lead development and ways of working for Budget, forecast and follow up of our project portfolio connected to the functional structure. You will lead the business towards optimal performance and coaching in financial decisions. You will be accountable for digital development, relevant tools, and secure transition from the old to new system world. You will combine qualified financial analysis with close dialogues and advise on the operation. Qualification – what we’d like you to bring to the table Your competence in Financial/Controlling and Project-Portfolio management will be important when implementing a new financial steering model in a modern project-oriented organization. The ability to prioritize, communicate, and provide clear directions is necessary. The role as a financial controller requires you to have: Good financial knowledge (University degree in Business administration or corresponding knowledge) Good knowledge of controlling, business analytics and reporting Strong leadership experience – leading self and leading others. Mandatory is good knowledge of Swedish accounting rules and regulations and financial follow up. This position is placed in Älmhult, Sweden It is a plus if you: Have experience from Plan View Experience from implementing new financial accounting/ PPM digital tools Be yourself, a Financial controller, and more!
