Lead most accounting aspects and make a significant impact on our business growth across the company. You Will null Requirements null Your Impact and Mission Your Impact and Mission: Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes. Work closely with the bookkeeping team, providing professional oversight and review of bookkeeping operations, including AR/AP cycles and cash management. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with US-GAAP standards. Collaborate with FP&A and business units to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Provide insights and ad hoc analysis to support business decisions. Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and service providers. Manage international tax matters, including U.S. federal and state tax reporting, and transfer pricing (TP) documentation and compliance. Own and optimize the use of NetSuite ERP across accounting operations. Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and internal controls. Your Experience, Mindset and Skills Certified CPA with BA in Accounting, Economics, or related fields. 4 years of overall professional experience, including internship at a "Big 4" firm. In-house experience as Financial or Assistant Controller in startups or a small to medium tech companies. Experience in managing a full monthly financial close cycle within an ERP Systems. Strong understanding of financial reporting by US-GAAP standards. Highly analytical and creative thinker, with a proactive and business-oriented approach. Effective and agile, able to prioritize workload and meet tight and strict deadlines, and to work under changing conditions and competing priorities. Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems. Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written). It can be a great plus if you have: Familiarity with AI tools and leveraging them to improve efficiency and workflows. Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP.
