• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including variance analyses
• Conducting target/actual comparisons and deriving recommendations for management
• Supporting budget planning, forecasts, and strategic financial steering
• Further development and optimization of controlling and reporting processes
• Close collaboration with accounts payable – especially in improving processes, interfaces, and automation
• Supporting the financial accounting team with year-end closing activities (in accordance with HGB), e.g. provisions, accruals, and reconciliations
• Participation in internal projects and ad-hoc analyses
