About our client
They are a fast-growing healthcare company focused on delivering innovative healthcare solutions across the NHS and wider healthcare systems. As they scale their operations and portfolio, financial leadership is critical to supporting sound decision-making, sustainable growth, and investor readiness.
Role Overview
Seeking a proactive, self-starter who is resourceful and detail-oriented. As the Financial Controller you will oversee all financial activities of the business. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and reporting excellence - as well as supporting the strategic direction of the company.
You will lead on day-to-day financial operations, internal controls, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, commercially aware, and comfortable working in a dynamic, growing environment with cross-functional teams.
This is not your typical Financial Controller role. You’ll be stepping into a hands-on, high-impact position, where you’ll build on and own the finance function from the ground up. With few legacy systems or rigid processes holding you back, this is your chance to implement best practices - from internal controls to management reporting and budgeting.
You’ll work directly with the leadership team, contributing to strategic decision-making, and you’ll play a key role in shaping the company’s growth journey. If you’re a self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and wants to put your stamp on a business, we want to hear from you.
