Job Purpose Act as a strategic financial partner to the Brand by delivering timely, accurate financial insights to support key decision-making. Lead the planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, ensuring effective resource allocation aligned with business objectives. Drive performance improvement through robust financial analysis, performance monitoring, and enhancement of reporting processes. Responsibilities: Lead monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis for management review. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial and management reports to support decision-making. Identify areas to improve store-level profitability, especially for underperforming locations. Monitor business performance by comparing actuals vs. budget/forecast and provide actionable recommendations. Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including setting store-level profitability targets aligned with business goals. Conduct financial feasibility studies for new store openings and renovations; ensure CAPEX aligns with brand strategy and delivers return on investment. Oversee and validate the accuracy of monthly closing processes performed by the shared services team, ensuring alignment with forecasted results. Strengthen performance management and reporting systems by leveraging data analytics to enhance accuracy and reliability. Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA is a plus At least 5 years working experience in accounting or financial role, with 2-3 years in management level. Experience in food service or retail industry would be an advantage In-depth ability of analytical skills, strong communication and presentation skills Excellence in English communication and computer literacy Not the right fit?
