We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to lead our finance function, drive improvement projects, and provide strategic financial guidance to support our growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

∙ CPA designation required.
∙ Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
∙ 5+ years of Financial Controller or senior finance leadership experience.
∙ Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost accounting.
∙ Experience leading financial projects and process improvements.
∙ Proficiency with ERP/financial systems (Zoho and QB experience is an asset).
∙ Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

∙ Oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
∙ Lead financial projects and implement process improvements.
∙ Provide strategic financial guidance to management for multi-plant locations.
∙ Manage inventory control and cost accounting.
∙ Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and reporting requirements.
∙ Support cash flow management and long-term planning.
∙ Mentor and manage finance team members.
