Our amazing finance team is growing and we׳re looking for an experienced financial Controller (corporate team) to join us. The finance team is responsible for all aspects, from ensuring compliance with tax regulations and business obligations, to planning ahead and enabling the infrastructure needed to support the company's extensive growth. This is a key role in the finance department, with material impact on the business. About The Role Take a significant part in leading our monthly, quarterly and annual closing process and reporting. Developing key financial policies and procedures Verify compliance with corporate guidance, procedures and policies across organization Work with the audit team during the quarterly reviews and annual audits Monitoring and reviewing the accuracy of financial data Documentation of internal controls (SOX) Responsible for tax compliance and reporting, tax accounting and different tax related project matters Preparation of consolidated financial statements Preparation of operating cashflow reports Implementation and documentation of new accounting standards (US-GAAP) Assist with special projects as required Requirements CPA from one of the Big 4 accounting firms, experience with High-Tech companies. Vast experience with US-GAAP accounting standards. Detail-oriented with superior analytical and problem-solving skills. A team player with good interpersonal relations, independent work capability, fast data learning ability, attention to details, multi-tasking. At least 3 years of experience from an international Hi Tech company (publicly traded- advantage, SAAS company -advantage) with multiple subsidiaries – an advantage. Experience with NetSuite ERP systems - an advantage. Excellent Excel skills and ability to work with and analyze and interpret large volumes of transactional data. Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed and make an impact. Fluent in English – a must CPA from one of the Big 4 accounting firms, experience with High-Tech companies.
